4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are guidelines only. EveryDaily is not liable for shipping delays caused by freight carriers or natural events.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies your consumer rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
